She has worked in corporate for 27 years in the United States, Taiwan, China,  Scandinavia & UK. Her professional fields cover business development, accounting, auditing and taxation, operations and logistics, risk management, learning and development, Organizational Development Consulting.

During the last 8 years Julia has been fully immersed herself in the Organizational Development and worked with many MNC and Top Chinese companies. Her deep cross cultural working experiences and exposure have enabled her to bring western tools & frameworks with Ancient wisdom together for holistic and practical application development for individuals, teams and organization.

As one of the earliest ICF certified coach in China, Julia has been providing personal and leadership, team, group coaching since 2002. Many managers and leaders have benefited from her individual and/or team coaching and successfully managed transitions and transformation, leadership and performance development, and more fulfilling about work and life.
